杨洪波，1987年出生于江西武宁。2018年在美国密歇根州立大学获博士学位，随后在美国史密森尼保护生物学研究所及波士顿大学从事博士后研究。现为中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员、博士生导师，中共党员，中国科学院“百人计划”入选人，兼任中国生态学会生态健康与人类生态专业委员会委员，国家公园期刊编委、Remote Sensing期刊客座编辑。主要从事生物多样性保护与可持续发展方向的研究。在Science, Nature Ecology and Evolution, Science Advances等国际期刊发表SCI论文40余篇。
